North Cyprus Student Travel Guide: Tips & Instructions
Students do not take care while travelling, which can lead to delays, loss, or other avoidable problems. Always remain attentive, follow travel rules, and manage your time properly. Keep your belongings organized, stay aware of your surroundings, and be prepared for any unexpected situations. Planning ahead and being cautious ensures a smooth and safe journey.
Please make the necessary travel preparations as per the provided instructions;
- Documents: All Original Educational Documents (Certificate/Results/Mark sheet/Transcript/Degree) and other supporting documents.
- Passport/CNIC
- All university Acceptance Letters & Tuition Fee Receipt
- Proof of Accommodation
- Other Documents: Polio card, Police Clearance Certificate, Medical receipts, Bank statement & maintenance letter, Sponsor’s Affidavit of Income & Support, passport size pictures etc.
- Documents & Copies: Keep digital and paper copies of passport, visa, CAL, ID, and other related documents.
- Visa: Visa Exemption Letter & Transit Visa Issued by Anatolia Embassy Islamabad.
- Tickets: Confirm your flight and check baggage allowance.
- Travel light and carry only clothes and other items permitted by immigration rules to avoid any issues at the immigration counter.
- Arrival Time: Arrive at the airport 2-3 hours before departure for international flights.
- Currency: Turkish Lira (TRY) is commonly used. Euros and USD are accepted in some areas.
- Cash: Carry some local currency for immediate expenses like transport.
