North Cyprus Student Visa Checklist
Document Checklist – Education Purpose
C) VI-Education Purpose
Main documents:
1) Visa Application Form (VAF) duly filled and printed at Anatolia Visa Application centres (Islamabad - Lahore - Karachi) in accordance with the information provided by the applicant, with recent two coloured photos attached to it (White Background - 50mm X 60mm size).
2) Acceptance Letter and Conditional Acceptance Letter
3) Proof of fee payment/ Fee payment receipt issued by the university.
4) Passport / Travel Document valid for 365 days from the date of your arrival in North Cyprus. Applicants must include any previous passports (If Any) OR a copy of the F.I.R. in English if their passport was lost. The F.I.R. must be attested by the Pakistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
5) All the Educational Documents should be attested by concerned authorities and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, such as academic results cards/mark sheets/transcripts/degrees, etc.

7) Accommodation Proof
(Dormitory/Accommodation address information: Receipt of payment on behalf of the applicant, lease agreement on behalf of the applicant (in case the applicant would like to stay at the accommodation of a relative; permission of the landlord approved by a notary and an invitation letter by the relative is required)
8) Police Character Certificate (Original Attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
9) FRC (Family Registration Certificate) (Original Attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
10) Two (2) Recent Photographs in a white background.
11) Visa Exemption Letter Processing Fee PKR 28,450 (Please refer to Anatolia Visa Application Centres for payment details and updates.)
12) Medical/ Fitness Certificate / Biometric/Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre

13) Bank Account Maintenance Certificate and Original Bank Statements of the Last three Months [The current balance should cover One Year the expenses (Tuition Fee +accommodation + food and beverages)], which are signed and stamped by the bank officer.
14) Recommendation Letters from previous universities only for the students who are applying for Master or Ph.D.
15) Diploma in Associate Engineering (DAE) holders need to attest their DAE Certificate and three years of detailed mark sheets from IBCC and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
16) ‘O’ & ‘A’ Level equivalence certificates must be provided and attested by IBCC and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

1) Application Form duly filled (http://eportal.islamabad.mfa.gov.ct.tr ), submitted on the online
The system is printed and signed by the applicant. (CNIC number, father and mother names, and complete residential and host (if applicable) addresses are a must).
2) Valid Student Certificate from the University
3) Police Character Certificate (No Crime Report) attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
4) Polio Certificate
5) Medical from Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre
